Chose Medi4 for its strong clinical governance culture and SCAS deployment at Winchester, then moved on when the opportunity arose to help build a new frontline model at iON.

Worked frontline emergency ambulance shifts responding to 999 calls under the SCAS contract, alongside event work, high dependency transfers, and long-distance repatriation. Mentored ECAs and technicians while helping establish iON's frontline provision from the ground up as one of two core staff brought in to build the model.

As Clinical Education Lead, partnered with operations leadership and fellow CELs to design and run assessment and training days for existing and incoming staff, and supported development of student and newly qualified paramedics. Following Elite's acquisition of Polaris, continued operational paramedic work across both SCAS and SWAST contracts in tandem with education responsibilities.
